Mr Baldwins diary

Help, Help, Help !!! We are currently compiling a book on the history of our site here at Baldwins which has had many interesting uses in the past. Historically, it was part of the Blue Coat School, a recruiting centre during World War 1, Brincliffe Hall Tennis Club & Sheffield model Railway Society and I am sure many more uses before 1963 when it first openend as the Omega Restaurant. I would very much like to hear from anyone with any stories good, bad or ugly or perhaps just plain funny and especially any old photographs of the site. I look forward to hearing from many of you with your stories or anecdotes. Baldwins Omega openend for business on the 7th of September 1981.

We currently have vacancies for Apprentice Chefs on our Apprenticeship scheme and we are also seeking applicants for our Front of House Apprenticeship Scheme (Food & Beverage Service). Both schemes are open to boys or girls leaving school this Summer 16 - 18 years old
