BALDWINS HOUSE SELECTION
We have recently re-blended our ever popular Baldwins house selection using young fresh wines from the 2006 vintage. The white continues to come from the Montpellier area using Ugni-Blanc & Colombard grapes which benefit from strong mediteranean influences. Baldwins Rouge is grown near Pau in the Pyrenees and the grapes enjoy a micro climate of warm days and cool nights, we use Syrah, Carignan and Merlot making a smooth easy to drink red. All the wines are young and fruity, Great with Food. Bon Apetit David Baldwin.
